The seashore striders have a 5 k and 10 k race at Assowoman State Park on May 5 which is IBRD. So far Ramzev, our chapter prez, and I are planning to run in it. Is anyone else interested? Yes Ma'am. If a DE member wants IBRD in DE, then we'll do IBRD in DE. It's easier for me anyway and this race is one the family can go to.
