My longest run since high school. Gearing up for that first 5k this Spring. Thanks for all the encouragement, guys and gals!

Good stuff. Stick to the pace that's comfortable and let the miles grow at that pace. You'll be surprised at how far you can get with a little practice at that pace. Never force the pace. Sprinting is for young ones, endurance is for oldies. Endurance is so much better as you get to enjoy so much more. xx

Echoing members of this forum, try a little skin-to-ground. Just a block, or several yards. For me, sensory tidal wave hooked me like a crack-pipe! BLAMO!!
