    I know this isn't related to being barefoot or running, but I'm doing Over the Edge for Special Olympics on September 13th, and I'll be rappelling off of the Financial Building in Des Moines!     Two months ago I did Over the Edge for Special Olympics. I got a video of me doing it as well as a news story as I did it with a local news reporter.
