    Running with a blood blister

    What do you do if you have a blood blister and you still want to run? I had a particular blood blister almost a week ago after a run and I'm waiting on it to get better. What do you recommend?

    Blisters

    So one time when I walked barefoot, I got blisters from walking on a rough terrain. Treating them was okay but what I want to know is how do you prevent blisters from happening. Any suggestions?
