Welcome to the Missouri Chapter of the Barefoot Runners Society!

This is a huge development for barefoot runners everywhere. As of right now this chapter has two specific goals:

1) Find and recruit new members into the Missouri Chapter of the BRS;

2) Increase awareness about BR to anyone who is interested, followed by their membership into the BRS.

It is imperative to this organization that these measures are taken in order to ensure its success, both in Missouri and around the world.

If anyone has any ideas that they think would help the Missouri Chapter please feel free to message me.
