My name is Stefano Maria and I live in Lido di Camaiore, Tuscany. My goal is to create a virtual space where current barefoot runners and the curious ones about going bare feel free to share their experiences and to take/give informations about this practice.
I am not a radical narrow-minded person. I am not an high level, competitive runner. I just want to stay and keep in touch with people who takes (barefoot or non barefoot) runnig as a peculiar and distinctive hallmark in their lives.
As a newbie of the site, I obviously accept and thank you all for any kind of suggestions.
