Welcome to the Indiana Chapter of the Barefoot Runners Society!
I am so glad you are looking at our page. We need you to get involved for your sake as well as ours. I am the new President of our group. My name is Michael and I have a daughter with special needs named Boo. She is 8 and my running buddy.
I hope we can get some meetings for running started in our state. I live in Indianapolis so most of the sites I know about are here in Indy. That does not mean we are going to be in Indy for everything. If you have a location you would like to propose for a meet, please let me know and I will post it here for you.
The best idea I have in mind today is to have a monthly meet the second Saturday of the month from 10:00 till 1:00, again unless you have a suggestion we will try to make that happen.
I would love to see someone step up and request a free seminar and if at all possible I will attend.
So stick around a while, take off your shoes and get comfortable.
