A forum for barefoot and minimalist runners in the DC Metro area - and those interested in exploring this type of running.
Using this forum we will: Talk, learn, and share experiences about barefooting online, especially DC-area barefooting. Get together for group runs. Gather for special meetings such as lectures and demonstrations. Coordinate so we can put in a good barefoot showing at some local races. Work to promote the broad understanding of barefoot running. Anything else we're inspired to do!
