    Well, since 2 weeks ago I was looking for exactly what I am about to write in here, I figure I simply had to put it down, right? Some friends called for a trek to Mt Adams, 1760 meters, just 154m less than Mt Washington. I climbed mountains 10 years ago... highest was the Katahdin (1600m)...

    Half Marathon report :)

    Actually there is no pain right now :) My first run *after* the half was a little bit painful towards the end but thats about it. No pain at all when just walking... Tomorrow is a short and sunday is the test, 70 min! I expect to be repaired :) P

    I did it :) We were 2 VFF and 2 barefoot runners out of 816 runners. I started the race not as slow as I should have (everybody told me to be extra slow at the start...) but I was quite fast for my usual speed. Reason being we where going downhill and I could not possibly think about...
