I have a hard time not looking right down at my feet when I run barefoot (except at dark when I can't see anything anyways) Basically how can I stop? Just Keep catching myself until I stop? I know my feet aren't going to get injured (even when I step on a sharp rock) but I can't help it :/

Ch-ch-ch-chia? Does it work? Or is it in my head?

I picked up some chia the other day, ground it up, and mixed it with honey (tasted delicious mm :D) I ate this about 1/2 hr before a run and felt MUCH better than usual. Usually I feel like I'm slowly (or not so slowly :S) dying after about 2 miles in, but after 2.5 (I stopped due to some...

    What is your addiction?

Bananas. It's not uncommon for me to have a snack of 7 or 8 bananas. Probably exercise too, I get incredibly anxious when I don't exercise, which is almost never, probably why I do. But mostly just bananas, seriously, I eat allot of them.
