My Bikilas now have over 1,200 miles on them... only 4 holes (but the one on the bottom of my left big toe is the one that is causing some issues.)
Life-changing. That's the only way I can describe VFFs.
Started running bf after recovering from a knee injury in March of this year. Still have swelling and pain, EXCEPT when I'm running! Would love to read this book and continue to grow as a barefoot runner.
