    Weekly Mileage 9th week of 2012

    Up until resently it was almost all trail running either fire road or single track. couple of all 11k single track trail runs. I do find on long trail runs the more tired you get the easier it is to roll a ankle or "tweek" a knee, so i would slow down and be careful with my steps.

    5'10 205 lbs, down 30lbs since November. Registered for a 1/2 in may, but training for the full. Run 4-5 times a week. totaling around 30-35 miles a week. Rest days I do core workout, push-ups etc.

    I tried eating today on my 21k run, not allot, around 1-2 oz of chia corn banana almond biscut thingy. My stomach seemed to take it well, had no issues.

    Thanks Everyone :) We've have been experimenting with real Banana, almond, Ground chia, corn meal, Pancake (Or Mini muffins) type things made with stone ground whole wheat. I could next time use Coconut water. Shelly (the Personal trainer) added apple sauce. I dont know if its placebo effect...
