Barefoot Running Magazine is Ready for Download!

Thanks Lee. There is still a barefoot running theme though (two thirds of the current issue are directly related to running, more than half of that relating to barefoot/minimalist running) and it's the name it's had since its inception. David and I are movement therapists and barefoot runners...

Barefoot Running Magazine is Ready for Download!

I am co-founder of Barefoot Running Magazine and think it’s time to set the record straight here as some of you are not aware of the how the magazine is put together. The first point I’d like to make is that we don’t receive ANY money out of this magazine. I don’t mean that we break even – I...

Barefoot Running Magazine's Winter Issue is Now Available!

....just re-read your post barefoot ramzev - have you tried using the horizontal scroll bar at the top? It looks kind of like a volume control. Move the 'blob' to the right and it makes the whole thing bigger. Hope that helps!

Barefoot Running Magazine's Winter Issue is Now Available!

We've made the font smaller this time around to tie in with what other hard copy magazines do, as we do hope to print them in the future (not sure when - it's a work in progress!). We printed a few of the previous issues for a Running Show and the original font came out way too big. It should...

Barefoot Running Magazine's Autumn Issue is Now Available!

Hi Nick - thanks for responding and glad you like the majority of the mag. Not every part of it will appeal to everyone but that's generally the nature of any magazine, website...etc. I do feel the need to provide a voice for magazine contributors on forums such as these as I don't want...

Thanks for reading and enjoying it - makes the hard work worth it! For those who don't know (or have forgotten), the magazine is produced without any financial input (advertisers don't pay). People kindly contribute their time and their articles and although this gives them a bit of...

    Getting started as a coach

Again, my degree means that I have shown I have the ability to string together coherent sentences, contribute something to a discussion about psychological theories, retain facts in my brain......but I've really learnt the most about people from working with people. You don't understand how...

    Getting started as a coach

There's only been a few posts on this subject, yet the diversity of what people have to offer is already astonishing. As Jason says, everybody has something unique that they can offer, whether they've been teaching for years or only just started. I think what makes a good teacher, whatever...
