    Week 20 of 2012

    Sunday - 5 miles Today - 5 miles I tripped up on my OWN right forefoot pad, almost face-planted, and thrashed my left foot trying to recover from tripping. Adrenaline rush - and a reminder to step up (got a bit sloppy).

    Anyone attending the Born To Run ultra this weekend in California? I'm attending, though I'm only running the 10 mile option. But I'm intending to do it bf. It's a trail run and I've heard of a few people who are going to do 50miles and even 100 miles bf. Would love to know if anyone here is coming!

    Great report! Loved the list Great report! Loved the list of firsts. And I love the "Boy...you got more guts than brains!" I'd consider that something to be proud of!
