    Week Ending March 5th/6th

    First week with actual First week with actual barefoot mileage. Feet were a little sore, but not too bad. Total 16.9 miles, 2.4 mile barefoot. 14.5 miles VFF. All pavement. Total to date for 2011: 63.6 miles.
