Only managed 7km at the very end of the week..
Contracted covid during the previous week -so just in recovery really after testing negative for a few days..
So just a couple of outings so far for me this week: 8.4km on Tuesday morning and another 7.5km today.

Pretty steady week for me-
7km on Monday
8.5km Wednesday
8.5km Friday
13.4km this morning

Not too bad a week for me -7.5km at the beginning of the week, another 7.5km midweek and then 16km to finish off at the weekend. Very cold and windy at the weekend, but dud a different route, which meant I had to keep going to get back to finish. All good runs…:)
Managed another three runs this week-
7km, 7.5km, and then 14.5km at the weekend. All reasonably dry and not too cold either -so pretty good running conditions really. Am keeping quite a steady pace now at these distances, so feeling good right now..;):barefoot:
