    Hi Bart, welcome in the community. Don't get carried away in your enthousiasm. Take it really slow and easy. Your feet have to adjust and get stronger. Running barefoot feels great, but be careful and listen to your body.

    Thanks Phil, my restart is going very well. I'm glad I didn't give up on barefootrunning. Last week I ran 10 km. BF. And this morning I ran my fastest 5 km in years: just below 25 minutes. Now I'll turn down the pace again and take it easy :-)

    Hello barefooters. After 25 yrs of running in shoes, I started running barefoot 15 months ago. I made the usual mistakes: too much, too soon. I ran into some injuries: achilles tendons and a metatarsal stressfracture (very painful, please avoid this). I'm making a fresh start now my injuries...
