    Very cool! My 8 year old has started to jog with me (We're doing a fun 5k in a few weeks). Even though she still wants to wear her shoes it makes my heart go pitty pat that she enjoys something I love to do. Congrats!

    Only when I went to Florida for the Princess Half Marathon! Otherwise I may be Ohio born and bred but I really hate snow. And cold. And snow. And ice. And did I mention I hate the cold?

    My knee (and everything else) has been perfect, thanks! I have a co-worker that's going to start giving barefoot a try after she had to drop out of a November race because she injured herself and had to wear a boot for 2 months. She's still rehabbing last time I talked to her.

    I run a lot at night on a treadmill since I'm a third shift worker so I don't see people a whole lot. But I ran the Princess Half down in Florida a few weeks ago and it was hilarious. I got everything from a nice guy offering me a pair of socks since he was worried something happened to my shoes...
