    I loved trail running in my I loved trail running in my KSO Trek's... I was told to try out my Bikila's in the woods but never did, and returned them to REI due to manufacturing defects... I think the Trek Sports would be really nice as well, especially in the summer.

    I try to stay away from any I try to stay away from any "chemical" ingredients if possible... especially High Fructose Corn Syrup. I eat as natural as I can. I tried making my own bars, they were tasty (to me, not to others) but they fell apart easily and wouldn't really have worked out well...
