    First BFR injury *pic included*

Cassie, have you tried Cassie, have you tried huraches? They are a good compromise for me. I ran a 5K with numb, cold feet and it was awful! Sorry about the rock....hope you can find something that works for you in between. But it is so nice that feet heal so fast, too.

This is my goal- how to I get there?

I would wait until nothing I would wait until nothing is hurting, and then start BF running with the schedule you have in your first post, knowing that it can always be modified to be LESS mileage if needed. If you start BF running with an injury, in the adjustment period it can definitely...

Why do I think I need to do a full marathon now?

Oh yeah.  You can do it. Oh yeah. You can do it. I've trained for this marathon on 3 or 4 days of running a week and virtually no cross training and so far it's been fine. I will say that my long runs go better if I have more miles in during the week, but that's sort of a quality issue. :)...

    Running tights--worth the $?

EW!I love my tights, EW! I love my tights, although in Georgia I don't wear them a ton. If you are in Texas (right?) and the temps are more variable like here, you might want to invest in capris. I just bought for a million dollars the skirt sports capri, and it was way worth it! And I...
