    Three runs this week again, a mile of light trail Tuesday, 1.7 miles asphalt Thursday, and 1.3 miles today on pavement Focussing on form and starting to feel stronger and more comfortable, excited! Might push up to two miles next week!
  3. Mileage Reporting Week 14 (Apr 2 - Apr 8)

    Got in an easy 1 mile on light trail on Tuesday, was a challenging surface for my unaccustomed feet. Then another mile yesterday on pavement which was much easier and less uncomfortable. Will look to up the milage a little next week.
