The "Transition": fact or fiction?

I think you could run with shoes if you gradually transitioned into shoe running...

But I heard that you have to go slow or else you could get TOFP or could do TMTS. I'm also not sure I could take all the strange looks or comments from people.

Well I'm more minimal and bare than purely bare, but yeah I hit that point. The point where I realized I hadn't even considered jumping into my frees for running purposes in months and no longer felt any urge to in the least. I do still run in my New Balances trail minimus shoes and those are pretty shooey but they are only used for rough trails. Also the point where I didn't feel much of a need to talk about it to other people unless they seemed to care, I stopped trying to "transition" and just ran based on how I wanted to run like when I did run in only shoes. I might still get hurt and still have problems here or there but so do shod ones, that doesn't mean they aren't runners.
