After three weeks of walking around barefoot.......I'm just back from my first barefoot run. Whoop whoop!!!
Was only limiting myself to .5 of a mile but the feet were feeling fine so done .7 then walked for a further 30mins.
Not much but it's a start!
Now do I rest the moro or go again since my feet are feeling not to bad?????????
