recently read BTR and then Barefoot Running SBS like a lot of people on here I suppose. I have been a lapsed runner for a few years( and had my own barefoot type experience running a half marathon a number of years ago) and really was looking for some inspiration to get me back on the road!
Apart from the odd 3 mile charity run every year I have done nothing so decided to go the whole hog and jump straight into barefoot/minimal footwear running - gradually increasing the time of my daily runs by 5 mins a week if possible.
Its great that I've found this forum where I can get help and perhaps share my experiences, I'm looking forward to participating.
