I would like to congratulate my friend and fellow BRS member jswan2011 for completing his first marathon of many to come!!! 24 miles in VFF's then hulking up to represent in the last 2.2 fully bare! It took him a lot of hard work and dedication and I along with his family and friends are very proud of him.
Our friend Dee finished the full with her VFF's, I ran the 10 miler bare and received tremendous encouragement from the other runners along the way. I saw 2 others in VFF's, 2 in minshoes, and they all had nothing but good things to say and were interested in checking out the BRS. I hope to be running my first full soon where I'll be sure then to represent barefoot sporting a BRS shirt.
