Dairy - Yes or No or Maybe

I really pushed it with the dairy and stomach upset and finally hit the wall. The next time I accidentally had dairy after cutting it completely for many months (thinking I had just developed lactose intolerance) I had an anaphylactic reaction from just an accidental taste. I wish I hadn't pushed it.

I used to be lactose intolerant, so I hardly ever drank straight milk, and I even had to avoid ice cream, soft cheeses and yogurt (even yogurt!). Then I started buying raw milk from a local grass-only farm and I probably drink two to three glasses of milk a day! o_O I subscribe to the Weston A. Price Foundation way of eating, which encourages the consumption of healthy fats (saturated animal fats and coconut oil, not polyunsaturated vegetable oils), raw dairy products from pastured animals, soaked/sprouted grains and legumes and lacto-fermented vegetables and fruits.

Dairy = dirty poo stuffs Both literally and figuratively in my book!

Yes, we had ice cream with Oreos to celebrate their 100th birthday. My wife and I both felt a little off going to bed, and wow, was that exhaust fan helpful this morning in the "throne room."
