Minimalist Casual Shoe

I considered the Kigos but after seeing photos of them, decided that they were way too far from foot-shaped to bother with. Minimalist shoes really need to be made with non-standard lasts, which are narrower around the heel and wider at the area where the side of the big toe is. Without at least these changes, they're not really more beneficial than a $10 pair of water shoes. I'd probably make the laces go a little higher up the foot as well, to ensure that the foot can't slide forward into the wall of the toebox.
