uh, no. i don't think we have

uh, no. i don't think we have a race here that will qualify for the contest. the one we did yesterday should count. let the people decide. PG's costume was great. better than mine. i did drink one more beer than him though and ran a mile to get to the race. i'll have pics later if this race is allowed.

otherwise we'd just look silly running around in a costume all alone.

well then. lucky for me my

well then. lucky for me my costume took absolutely no thought nor effort, time, or money. it will this weekend though as i need to buy a temp tattoo of the wolf pack. i tried to be Jacob but as my little one pointed out to me i'm too old, fat, and hairy to pass for him.

Does being a Patrick Sweeney look a like count as a costume? I consider him to be a super hero... Or maybe MGBG? Of course that would require stilts, which isnt BF or minimalist...

I ran the Merrell Down &

I ran the Merrell Down & Dirty Mud Run again this year. Last year I did it in my VFFs, this year I signed up for the barefoot division and ran partially barefoot and partially in my huaraches (it was a pretty gnarly course). I had a great time!! My husband even ran it with me this year!

Started with 20 points:

4.1 miles barefoot (5k w/1 mile warmup) 8 points

costume bonus 4 points

race bonus 3 points

pic bonus 5 points

drink bonus for the day 6

So far 46 points. (If my math is off let me know)

Doing some yoga trying to keep my feet warm on the wet pavement, temp was in the high 30's.

Ok, heres how my weekend

Ok, heres how my weekend went...

Saturday.

15 miles BF = 30 points
Went to bar in BF costume = 10 points (Will post pic later when I get home)

Sunday
Another 15 miles BF = 30 points.

So so far Im at 70, right?

Ill also be trick or treating BF tonight, and Ill have pics as proof of that as well that will be posted up at some point.
