A bunch of us will be running one of the various races at the North Country Trail races in Manistee this year.
More importantly, a bunch of us will be gathering at a friend's cabin both Friday night and Saturday night. We plan on enjoying a few (or more) adult beverages Saturday. We should have quite a few barefoot and minimalist shoe runners there. All are welcome!
