**BRS Book Giveaway** "Second Wind: The running coach you never had but always wanted" by Levi Dodd

Well, the only way I could be

Well, the only way I could be running barefoot and topless while reading this, while patting my head and rubbing my belly and whistling Dixie while running up hill both ways against 80mph wind...is with audio version. Big question, is the book available in audio (mp3) format?

otherwise, I'll be reading it barefoot swaying in my hammock while watching my kiddos play in the yard ;)

WOW! I would LOVE to win a

WOW! I would LOVE to win a copy. Maybe this will end my bad luck streak as I NEVER win ANYTHING! As a minimalist runner, I'll probably buy a copy if I don't win one but don't let the author know. I hope this is a huge success like Born to Run. Good luck to everyone on being one of the lucky two.

It's funny I have been

It's funny I have been running either as a hobby or due to work (military) for about 10 years now. All of a sudden I take my shoes off and realize how many bad habits I had over the years. Since making the switch I have read 2 books on running, and this one will probably be no 3.

All, this isn't a book about

All, this isn't a book about barefoot or minimalist running. It's a book about running properly, according to the author's view.

At my kid's track meet, a

At my kid's track meet, a grandpa of one of the youger (under 6th grade), huddled under the EZup behind us. We started a conversation. He was a ex-coach (though I'm not sure that's possible because all the ex-coaches I know seemed to be coach-like) and began talking about how to run a mile in a race. Facinating tid-pits he spilled out. My daughter did well in the race and we introduced her to him. He was amazing! She still follows some of his tips!

Wish I had a coach like that! Maybe this book will fill that void!

Awesome guys - I LOVE the interest and can't wait to get the books out to the winners!

Keep it up -- it we have at least 50 posts/entries, in addition to the two winners TJ and Miker pick, I will also pick at least one more person myself from people's profile/about me information (by picking someone with a cool or inspirational story - something that sticks out) and send them a free book too!
