I ordered a mens long sleeve

I ordered a mens long sleeve recently. They emailed me saying that this style shirt was out of stock. So I'm waiting for them to restock it, and notify me of shipment. I also ordered some personalized lettering on back of shirt.

17 days since placing order,

17 days since placing order, and zazzle still does not have the shirt in stock. Was going to get a BRS shirt with personalized lettering on back. I canceled my order since they could not fill the order after more then 2 weeks. Sorry no BRS shirt will be on my back.......Thinking about getting a barefoot planet shirt instead.

I'm sorry to hear about your bad experience with our Zazzle store. I can understand how you'd be a little upset having waited this long for the shirt to be restocked. Can I ask which shirt you were looking to order? Is there another that you'd be satisfied with?

I have on my end that the Tech L/S, American Apparel L/S, Basic L/S are in stock. Do any of those interest you at all?

I ordered the mens long

I ordered the mens long sleeve shirt in size large. I wanted the long sleeve as I don't have many. My intentions were to wear it casually outside of running. Figured I'd push the group since I seem to be the only BF runner in the county. I label myself as a barefoot advocate rather then a BF runner. Seems a lot of people like to run so I figured this would be a easy way to expose my bare feet to others, and show running can be done safely.

I've never used zazzle in the past. My post was to just bring to your attention the situation. I'm not really sure how the relationship between zazzle, and BRS works. If zazzle keeps shirt stock, or if BRS has to keep up with it etc. I placed a order on Jan 1 using a new years promotion code I saw on this site I believe. On the 4th of Jan zazzle emailed me saying the long sleeve was not in stock, and it would be in stock in another week. At the time I was happy to wait. They asked if I wanted another shirt style, and I did not want another style. As of the 17th the shirt was still not in stock so I canceled the order since they could not seem to fill the order. They also charged my credit card on Jan 1 rather then when order shipped.

I wanted a bare foot style shirt for end of this month. As I'm doing my first organized run, and plan to do it BF. I've been playing phone tag, but local NBC wants to interview me and they read my blog. I thought I could have a fun shirt for the interview. It was also important to me to have the personalized lettering that I submitted for the back side - Barefeet are safe, healthy and very happy ! Building a healthier society.

Due to the obvious difficulty for the shirt to be stocked. I choose to just order another shirt. So as of now I'm not interested in buying another shirt. Basically just wanted to convey zazzle is not keeping shirts in stock. So for now I resolved the problem with a order placed elsewhere. I guess the only downside is BRS won't get the publicity from the shirt at the scheduled event I'm doing in 11 days, or wearing it casually around town. Maybe I'll reconsider sometime down the road. For now zazzle just could not fill my order even though I placed order well in advance before event. It's only a shirt. I'll make due with the other shirt. Again just wanted to pass on the info. I never have done business with zazzle before. Seems selling shirts is normal business for them. Just dissapointed it is taking them so long to restock such a common item. Like I said I'll get by with another shirt for now. I don't want to pay for a BRS shirt without the personalized lettering on back. I prefer the full experience. For now not a big deal. I guess I'm not seeing the shirt as "not in stock" on my end, having checked Zazzle. Do you have the url to the exact shirt? There were a few long sleeve tshirt options in a casual/non performance...two of them I'd posted above. Each with the option to customize it with lettering on the back. Again, I appologize for your experience with Zazzle though I'm glad you were able to get a shirt for your upcoming event. Hopefully we'll have better luck next time. I assume Zazzle refunded your card the full amount?

Yeah that is part of the problem. I don't think they actively update web site. When I purchased the shirt which is here. It was listed as in stock. I believe it was listed as "in stock" the whole time they told me it was "out of stock". The email customer service was nice, but if shirt was listed as out of stock on site. I likely would have never ordered it at that time. So I don't know not super impressed. It is also obviously taking them longer to restock then what they estimated to me. I can spend money elsewhere.......

Not sure about credit yet. They did say card would be credited. I'll be watching obviuosly to see if that actually happens.

That IS a little disappointing to hear Humbolt. Obviously, it's the responsibility of Zazzle to make sure they've updated their inventory status. Argh. Thanks for getting back to me, again sorry your shirt wasn't available.

My wife has a Barefoot Planet

My wife has a Barefoot Planet shirt, and she loves it.

I've always been a plain logo-free shirt kind of guy, so I never bothered ordering anything from the BRS collection or any other.

As a tank top enthusiast I've been saddened by the decrease in availability of men's styles, so I finaly realized that I better find some online. The only stores I found that stocked them also sell Borat's monokini thing, amongst other strange styles that I have no interest in, but after placing my order for a few basic Champion brand tanks I have found my e-mail box filled with offers of condoms, lubricants, and "games".

In hindsite, maybe I should have just ordered the BRS T's from Zazzle instead.

If you stay with zazzle I'll likely never own a BRS shirt. I won't support zazzle, but CafePress rocks. CP has always been a pleasure to do business with.

Well my zazzle experience

Well my zazzle experience lead me to believe they suck, but that is not your fault. So no need to apoligize. I just won't be spending money with them on a BRS shirt, or any other zazzle product.

I just went on there to buy a tech shirt size large and they said they were out. I checked and they are out of all of the designs including the IBRD design for tech shirt size large. Are there going to be more available soon? I really want a shirt to wear for IBRD. Thanks!
