NOTICE: The site has been experiencing bandwidth issues for the past several months, although we were mostly not affected. Yesterday, the site was brought down in an attempt to spare the other accounts sharing the server any grief. We have since migrated the site to a more robust server. (We have our own virtual slice now.) What this means is, although we experienced an outage, we should now have a faster, stronger server to process our requests.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience as we continue to grow this community.

Oh... has the site been down? I hadn't noticed. That's good, I guess. Well, I hope it will stay up awhile now. (Actually, now I can start cutting back on the tranquilizers I've needed since last Friday.)

Good work, TJ - bless you!

Cameron and I are working on

Cameron and I are working on the site, guys. Please try to stay off the site for awhile, since everytime someone accesses anything is trips memory allocation errors. You can communicate at our BRS Facebook page for now. I have been posting updates there for you all, and I will continue to do so. Sorry about all this. Thanks for standing by us! -TJ

Hi Guys! Welcome back! So

Hi Guys! Welcome back! So you're finding us. Yeah! The DNS (Domain Name Services), our site's URL is propagating now on servers throughout the world. It will be a little while before everyone will be able to see us. Heck, I can't even see us the way you do, since the internet provider I personally use hasn't updated its table entries yet. But I'm glad to see you guys here. We should be fully functional soon. Some things will seem whacky for a couple of days, so give it time. We're working on stuff. I will be posting an update on the home page tomorrow, so look for that as well.

The only reason why you guys

The only reason why you guys are seeing the site and others aren't at this point is because you have been coming in through the /build2 link. If you were to go straight to www.BarefootRunners.org, you wouldn't see the real site and be able to login from there. Just FYI.

Joe is going to redirect the URL tonight from www.BarefootRunners.org/build2 to www.BarefootRunners.org. It would be a good idea though to be sure an bookmark the root --> www.BarefootRunners.org and NOT use the /build2 one anymore. I'm writing this to all of you who have been on the site these past few days while we have been "unopen" to the public. Hee. This should not have any affect on those who have bookmarked www.BarefootRunners.org previously (which had always been redirected to /build2).
