2.25 miles at Presque Isle this afternoon in breezy cool conditions. I have taken 1 month off running in an attempt to get a groin pull to heal. I can still feel it when I run but it is not bad enough to keep me from running. Just going to see how things go for now. If this thing cooperates I hope to gradually work up my distance.

2.35 miles this afternoon around my neighborhood. Beautiful weather with a temp of 60 and clear sunny skies. From reports, this will be the last nice day for quite some time unfortunately. Saw a few walkers and a lot of landscapers out doing their thing.
