Boulder and I did a 4 mile run Tuesday at 5:00 am. It was 75 deg. f. with light wind. We heard one screech owl, another owl (could not determine what type) and whippoorwills.
Wonderful outing!
5.2 mile beach runs on Monday and Wednesday so far this week. Both were at low tide which made them especially enjoyable. I hope to get out once more before going home :-(
Boulder and I did a 4 mile run Thursday at 5:00 am. We heard owls and lots of song birds. Spotted a few horses. We are still seeing lightning bugs at the start of the run.
5.1 mile beach run on Friday, the last one on our vacation. This was a nice breezy run with temperatures in the upper 70's. I did see a shark swimming very close to shore, so very few swimmers in the water.
