Boulder and I did a 3 mile run Tuesday at 5:00 am. It was cloudy and 70 deg. f. with 15-20 MPH winds. No stars and no moon.

My mileage is way down at the moment thanks to my night owl children, but I managed a 7km barefoot run around the streets this morning. More of a slow plod really, but it's nice to be out on an Autumn morning when the seasons haven't quite started to turn ugly yet.
On Tuesday I did 6km on the beach, where a huge armada of bluebottles (stinging jellyfish) have started popping up on the shore. They are nasty critters with a very painful sting, or so I've been told. I jump over them or keep my distance.

We did 3 miles on the country road Thursday.
A 5 mile run at Waterloo lake Friday.
A 3.5 mile run Sunday. It is really nice here in the 50 deg f. range.
Really Great to get out. All the trees and grass are turning green and some are blooming.

2 runs for me this week- 3.8 miles on Wednesday and 4 miles today ( Sunday ). Both were good leisurely runs. The weather here was pretty cold this past week with temps in the 30's and 40's. We had a dusting of snow this morning but the sun came out and warmed my running route nicely.
