2 runs this week- 4.3 miles on Thursday and 5.2 miles today ( Sunday ). Thursday's run was with footwear as this bruise on my foot continues to heal. It was a perfect weather day for running with cool temps and sunshine. Today's run was a careful barefoot run in wet conditions. First mile or so on this bruise was interesting but things got better after that. Having a sore spot on your foot is a good opportunity to work on technique which is what I did.
