Boulder and I did a 3 mile run Monday and a 3 mile run today.(Both runs at 4:30 am)
Really cool runs.
Today we spotted a night heron and lots of rabbits!
Lots of stars.

8km yesterday morning..
Nice and steady run. Hoping to do a half marathon this coming weekend! Not sure I’ve really trained sufficiently, but let’s see how it goes….

4.2 miles yesterday evening after work. The humidity sapped my energy but I made it. Lots of other people out walking and riding bikes too.
Runlite- you are a real "night owl"
Tedlet- good luck with your half marathon. You run very regularly so you should be fine

We did the country road run this morning (5 miles). Heard some roosters crowing. Spotted cows, horses, goats, a hawk, rabbits, donkeys and lots of birds.

So... Sunday came and a half marathon was done -21km in what seemed like ridiculously hot conditions (around 30C)... :wtf:

All hopes of time targets went out the window. Just getting round the course was enough for me, but I was pleased to have done it -even if everything does seem a bit stiff right now!

Great job Tedlet!
We did a 3 mile run today at 5:00 am. Lots of owls and lots of rabbits. Really great outing.
