Happy to have found this group but it looks like there are not many NZers!
I have had plantar Fasciitis for awhile and found my shoes were making it worse so thought I'd try barefoot. That first run felt amazing, like my feet had had a massage
I received my first pair of minimalist shoes on Thursday and they felt great. I am doing short runs and then walking and then another run but think I could keep running - no soreness. At least not yet!
