Hello, maybe this could be a silly question, but is there a way to grow more fat tissue in the ball? and heel?
I've noticed that with aging, and after several years forced to be shod at work, my soles became thin, I have callouses of course and this is ok, but when I was younger I had more cushioned sole, and more in the ball. But now I can feel my feet bones when I press it, when younger I couldn't. And I've never been chubby.
Aging process left my feet like a skeleton and maybe this is the cause I feel some pain in my big toe joint, right at the ball's level.
Any ideas?
