5 miles today at Presque Isle with a temp of 40 degrees and a stiff Southeast wind. Half the run was done barefoot and the other half was done wearing my Sockwas. I saw a group of about 6 deer right at the start and a bunch of geese throughout. Saw a few other runners and a bunch of walkers too. Overall it was a good weekday run.

7.5km Monday & another 8.5km today. Out nice and early on both days. There seems to be more activity amongst the wildlife around the lake now (or is it that there are just more birds than usual?) -well and truly into Spring I guess...
Boulder and I did a 4 mile run Tuesday it was 64 deg. f.. We did a 3 mile run today and it was 45 deg. f. we only spotted rabbits on these runs.

5.6 miles on a sunny but cool 40 degree day. 4 miles BF and the rest in my sockwas. Lots of walkers out today and the birds were pretty active and vocal too as they sense impending Spring on this, the Spring equinox ( or is it tomorrow ? )
13.5km this morning. Couple of loops around the lake and along the surrounding paths. Plenty of wildlife around -managed to run really close to quite a large fox today. He looked a bit surprised to see me as he turned round! Then he was off back into the undergrowth...
