Boulder and I did a 5 mile run at 5:00 am. The moon was full and exceptionally large in the north west sky. We spotted lots of rabbits and others out with there dogs. Great time out!
7.2km yesterday morning..
The snow had just cleared here, so it was basically just another wet run..
Not too cold though -felt good and warm all the way...
We went out for a 3 mile run Thursday. It was 31 deg. f. with no wind. The moon was full and very bright. I did not see anyone out and it was very quiet.
5.1 miles yesterday ( Friday ) in my Merrels- 21 degrees with 10 degree wind chill. Saw a couple of other runners and some fancy ducks in the ever decreasing amounts of open water. Lots of deer tracks but no deer though.
11km this morning. Pretty cold out today. Most of the generally wet areas that I run through had all iced over, so had to slow and focus on my form across the icy bits before getting back onto the dry areas.. certainly livened up my running! Quite enjoyed it -different challenge from normal..
