Hello peeps,
So I got up early this morning, hit my calfs with massage gun and then took pip out for a run and stopped when I hit 5k. It felt amazing till I stopped then found out that my feet where numb as it was 5 degrees and walked home.... feet feel a little sore but no cuts or blisters and Achilles feels ok so far...
Question, is the sore bit normal as its only my 2nd run without five fingers on ??? Will my feet Toughen up over time ?
It's gonna be two things : your feet will build resilience (fat pads, but also muscles, tendons, ligaments, bones), but, even better, you're gonna learn to run with more precision , wich means less damages in your feet (and maybe in your whole body, and maybe more efficiency)
