Boulder and I did a 5 mile run today at 5:00 am. It was 80 deg. f. and 80% Rh. We heard and spotted owls. We also spotted rabbits.

9km yesterday to start the week. Bit of a damp pathway from overnight rain, but actually quite good conditions for running..

8.5km this morning.. Good weather.. Legs & feet all working well..
Observation for the day:- I notice that the other runners that say hello quite readily tend to be of the 'older generation' generally. Younger ones seem to struggle with the concept of a bit of social interaction for some reason... Ho hum.. :barefoot:

We did a 5 mile run Thursday.
This morning we did a 9 mile run. We spotted rabbits,ducks, parrots, crows, robins. Another great Sunday sunrise.
It is really nice to get out.

Relaxing run.. -lost myself in my own thoughts whilst I was trotting round...
