Mileage Reporting Week 33 (Aug 10 - Aug 16)

6km Monday and 7.75km this morning.
Did a mid-section of intervals today (lamp post to lamp post sprints etc..) just to mix things up a bit.. Good session.
Very few other runners out today though for some reason...

Boulder and I did a 4 mile run Tuesday at 5:30 am. We heard one owl. It was very quiet throughout most of the run (very little road noise for the city). :happy:

Boulder and I did a 3 mile run at 5:30 am today. We heard some owls. We spotted some rabbits and one bat.
Really great outing.

7km today around a wet lakeside pathway -nice temperature, but the rain's definitely returned here at the moment. I always seem to be slightly more conscious of my form in the wet -I think it's because you can hear your feet much more against a wet pavement than when it's dry. Good run though...

Sunday we did a 9 mile run at 5:30. It was 86 deg. f.with 59% Rh. We heard owls. We spotted and heard Mississippi kites and parrots. the sunrise was spectacular. Great outing.
My feet are good.
My legs are good.

Saturday, did 2.83 km barefoot from the Jasper teahouse to the Whistler's Summit.
