Boulder and I did a 5 mile run at 5:00 am. It was 79 deg. f.
The moon was a sliver and cool. We heard some screech owls and saw a opossum, ducks, rabbits.
Really great outing. Quiet for the middle of Dallas Texas.

6.25km this morning. A bit misty today, but nice and warm. The ground was a mixture of dry and damp from the mist in places but overall pretty good running conditions. Lots of other runners out today although only one seemed interested in saying 'Hi' as we passed -must try a different deodorant!...

6.75km this morning.
We’ve had a bit of rain over the past few days and although it was dry today you can’t help but notice how the rain washes new bits of gravel etc across the pathway! -kept me focused anyway...

Boulder and I did a 4 mile run Thursday and a 8 mile run Sunday.
Really great to get out!
