Well, I haven't tested feet shoes and there's a lot of good theory at their website, but feet shoes look like they have ordinary looking heel raise and look pretty narrow, just like other normal shoes.
According to this in feet shoes there is eva foam at heel to soften impact and carbonfiber plate and arch plate to somehow help runner to convert the kinetic energy into a more efficient forward movement. I'm not convinced.
