Mileage Reporting Week 13 (Mar 23-Mar 29)

7.5km early this morning. Bit of frost on the ground but no wind at all -so nice conditions really.
We’re on ‘semi lockdown’ here at the moment -allowed out for only limited reasons, one of which is daily exercise. So I am able at least to still run..

lots of other runners out that I don’t usually see in the morning too...
Very strange times.....

It is the same here, they are calling it shelter in place here. Also seeing lots of folks out walking and running. Maybe because all gyms are closed.
We got out Tuesday for a 6 mile run at 5:00 am

Boulder and I went out for a 4 mile run Thursday. it was 71 deg. f. with no wind. We spotted some rabbits. very quiet out.
Still nice to get out.

8.5km today on an extended loop around the lake... lots of new faces again!

Boulder and I went out for 10 miles at 6:00 am. It was a great outing. we spotted ducks, 3 hawks, cedar wax wings rabbits squirrels and a great sunrise!!
