We went out Friday for a 3 mile run at 5:00 am..
Today we went out for a 8 mile run at 8:00 am. It was 52 deg. f. and 12 mph wind from the south.
We spotted lots of wildlife:
a few hawks
lots of cedar wax wings
cardinals
wood peckers
ducks flying overhead
white egrets
many other species of birds
most excellent outing!

It’s been a long while!! Anyway, i have been running pretty regularly even if I haven’t been reporting in. Mostly daily 1 mile runs to the gym. This past Friday, i went on a 3 mile run. Today, Sunday, I met up with Efrem and another buddy for our monthly run around Lake Merritt. Logged two loops for a distance of about 7 miles! A lot easier to do when you run with friends.
Went for 2 miles today and yesterday in bare feet. Got 8 more this week in my FiveFingers.
