Hallux Limitus/Rigidus - minimalistic shoes

Hi Olli, one of the docs should be with you soon. If you don't hear from one in a few days, please send me a message through the site. Thanks for being patient.

Your toe will be the big limiter, not the shoes. For my patients i would recommend working on mobility everyday. 1-3 x day by hand. If your toe is limited something else will be as well. Get help to make sure your spine is moving well with good alignment and posture. Anti-inflammatory diet (no grains, sugar). Work on muscle imbalances. Forefoot landing. Heel landing if you want to stop or slow down.

You must understand these are general guides and not specific advice as i don't have you in front me with a full exam. Always go slow. Sometimes less is best and more is too much.

Best of luck.
