Couple of good gym sessions this week (just for a bit of variety), with a mid-week 7km run on Wednesday morning. It was quite a cold morning again, but not too wet so actually fairly comfortable for running..
We went out on a 6 mile run Sunday. We got out late 8:00 am. It was 61 deg.f. with 15 to 20 mph winds from the south.we spotted a hawk and a few flocks of cedar wax wings.
